After the Federal School of Aviation Engineering, I started an apprenticeship as a “Radio and Television Technician” at FREQUENTIS. At Frequentis I was lucky enough to grow in a professional environment where the owner lives the phrase “I never had an employee who knew too much”. This principle gave me the opportunity to train as a “Certified Project Manager” at the “Vienna University of Economics”, and later the opportunity to complete a Master-Degree in “Business Management” at the ” Faculty of Law in Salzburg”. After 23 years, I left FREQUENTIS as authorised representative and “Head of research and development”. In 2016, I joined next:urban technologies GmbH as a partner and managing director. Since then, Gerhard Urban and I have been shaping the fortunes of the company. With our 4 employees, next:urban technologies GmbH is today a fixed size for e-paper indicators, passenger information systems and data hubs for public transport.
